What happens if I decide to stop hosting my website?

We hope that you will continue hosting with us, we offer very competetive monthly and anual rates.  We understand that sometimes things happen, and that people/companies evolve and therefore so do their needs, this is why we offer the below options.

  1. Customers of an UnderAMonkey hosted website that fail to renew their yearly subscription can either upgrade to the Premium Plus Option, whereby we will transfer their full site to their new host.  The cost of this will be the difference of what they paid versus the cost of the premium option, plus the costs of license transfer (read more here).
  2. Customers will be notified via email of their pending renewal notice 30 days before it is due.  Should no acknowledgment of renewal be made, UnderAMonkey.com will further attempt to contact the person no less than two more times.  Once 30 days from the time of renewal has passed, the site will be taken down.  All provided materials will be stored on our database for 5 months (for a total of 6 months from the time of expiration) after which, all information will be deleted.  Please read our terms and conditions for a full listing.
