For every referral that leads to a sale, you will get $20 UnderAMonkey credit. This credit can be used towards any service or product available here at UnderAMonkey.com. To qualify all you need to do is either send us the details of your referral directly, or have them fill out your name and address on the request form.
The credit is good for all future purchases and can also be converted to a gift card; so you can treat the person of your choosing. They are not refundable for cash and they have no expiry date. Only referrals that are made before the sale is done are eligible.
So what will you use your credit on? How about using towards your monthly U.A.M.com hosting, or maybe you would like a new site creating, another business website, or even your own personal page. The choice is yours.

What happens if I decide to stop hosting my website?
We hope that you will continue hosting with us, we offer very competetive monthly and anual rates. We understand that sometimes things happen, and that people/companies evolve and therefore so do their needs, this is why we offer the below options.
- Customers of an UnderAMonkey hosted website that fail to renew their yearly subscription can either upgrade to the Premium Plus Option, whereby we will transfer their full site to their new host. The cost of this will be the difference of what they paid versus the cost of the premium option, plus the costs of license transfer (read more here).
- Customers will be notified via email of their pending renewal notice 30 days before it is due. Should no acknowledgment of renewal be made, UnderAMonkey.com will further attempt to contact the person no less than two more times. Once 30 days from the time of renewal has passed, the site will be taken down. All provided materials will be stored on our database for 5 months (for a total of 6 months from the time of expiration) after which, all information will be deleted. What if I want to host it myself?
Currently, the only way this can be done is by opting for the Premium Plus option. By selecting this option, you can not only host the site yourself, but you also take the framework and all liscensing associated with your site. We appologize for the inconveniance this may cause some of you.
